In addition, all information you submit here is further protected by the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology we have implemented to encrypt your information transactions and the AuthorizeNet Secure Payment Gateway used to process every online transaction you make via our site.
Our online registration is not only easy to use, but keeps your transactions entirely private. We never share your information with any 3rd Parties, and you will not receive additional solicitations when using our system. Also, anything you submit to us is used only to update your online account information, to complete your purchases, to notify you as you have requested, and to improve our site in order to better serve you.
FOR EXTRA SECURITY To safeguard your privacy when using shared computers at work or on the road, we strongly advise you to log out. Logging out is the way you fully disable or kill any cookies in your browser and keep your account access/information entirely private. After logging out, you should also close your browser for added security.
Shipping Policy
Orders are shipped via FedEx. Weather permitting; all orders are processed within 48 hours – excluding weekends and holidays.
Due to State laws, we are able to ship wine only to those States which are reciprocal with California or States which have laws that explicitly permits shipment of wine directly to consumers. The laws regarding the direct shipment of wine are constantly changing. We will expand our shipping area when state laws permit. Sales Tax will be charged for the following states: CA-8.5%; CT-6%; ID-5%; NV-7.75%; NH-8%; NY-8.5%; NC-7%; ND-8%; SC-7%; TX-8.25%; VA-5%; WA-6.5%; WY-12%.
Futures Policy
All futures and gift wine club memberships sold require the payment for the product at the time of purchase with the understanding that shipping will be charged at the time of actual shipment. You acknowledge that the shipping rates may change from the time of purchase to the actual shipping date and are responsible for payment of shipping charges. The recipient of the purchase will be contacted approximately two weeks before the shipment to confirm the shipping address. Purchase policy applies to purchaser and recipient of the order.
Purchase Policy
All sales are FOB San Francisco, CA. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes only to street addresses. Buyer will pay all shipping and handling charges. We are not responsible for any damage or deterioration from shipment by common carrier. All prices are net – subject to stock – on 750 mL bottles unless otherwise indicated. All orders are subject to our acceptance and we reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion. Wine may be sold and delivered only to persons who are at least 21 years old. By placing your order, you represent to us that you are at least 21 years old and that the person to whom delivery will be made is at least 21 years old. You may be required to show identification proving that you are at least 21 years old at the time of delivery. If the wine is returned to us for failure to provide positive proof of age, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping charges. All sales are final.
